He was predeceased by: his mother Laura William (Reeser); his brothers, Terry M. and Jerry L. Williams; and his brother-in-law Jack Cradlebaugh. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Williams (Fraley); his father Donald Williams; his children, Donica Speakman (James), Donald L. Williams Jr. (Patience), David Self (Natalie), Treena Thompson, Billy Self (Katrina) and Charles Self; and his sisters, Nellie Jo Cradlebaugh, Laura K. DePuy (Bo) and Robin L. Williams. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
