She is survived by: her daughters, Cynthia Sullivan, Jacalyn Humphrey (Mike) and Melanie Banbury (Russell); her grandchildren, Beth (Jerrod), Sarah (A. J.), Mark, Becca (Randall), Justin (Jessica), Jennifer (Brandon), Emily (Jamie), Katlyn (Rick), Josiah (Blake), Nathaniel (Elizabeth), Hannah (River), Curtis (Amanda), Crista (Dave) and Cara; and her sister Linda Taylor. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Jane's honor to Care360 Hospice, with envelopes available at the funeral home.
