She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Miller and Sheila Miller. She is survived by: her children, Carlee Lightle (Alex Minix), Adam Lightle and Erica Sigman; her grandchildren, Vivian Minix and Bjorn Myers; and her sister Michelle Soles (Trent Soles). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a trust fund established to support Amy's grandchildren.
