It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Audrey Jane Atherton of Mount Vernon, Ohio, who passed away on December 5, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Clair Cooperrider and Esther Cooperrider (Westall); her husband Kenneth Atherton; and her siblings, Stanley, Richard Cooperrider and Ellen Gage.

She is survived by : her daughter Patty Smith (Lee) of Butler; her grandson Joshua Plenge; her great grandchild Avery; and her sister Sharon Smith.
