Barbara Ann Chadwick Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Ann Chadwick (Mount Vernon, Ohio), who passed away on June 11, 2022 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George McDermott and Doris McDermott (Meckstroth); her brother Charles; her husband Dwight Chadwick; her children, Pamela Foster (Ed), Douglas (Susie) and David; and her grandchildren, Douglas, Jr. (Angela), Jessica (Brent Zimmerman), Courtney Peters (Shannon), Drew Foster (Jessica), Lee Foster (Sharley) and Scott Foster (Melissa). She was also cherished by twelve great grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter.
In honor of our mother's support of numerous charities, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Charity of choice.
