It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara E. Fowler of Mount Vernon, Ohio, who passed away on April 1, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Vail and Lillian Vail (Goossens); her husband Harold Fowler; her son Tom Griffith; and her siblings, Ron Vail, Karen Vail and Marsha Vail.

She is survived by: her children, Donna Magers (Shaun) of Newark and Don Griffith (Bonnie) of Bellville; her grandchildren, Jerry Nolan and Glenn Magers; and her siblings, Margaret Small of Florida, Deborah Sanders (Willy) of Mississippi and Richard Vail of Fredericktown. She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
