She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Eugene and Theresa Ceperley (Molinaro); her husband Fitchard Millard Sr.; her son Fitchard Millard Jr.; her grandson Shane Hotchkiss; and her siblings, Eugene Ceperley and Dorothy Clady.
She is survived by: her children, Theresa Kelly of Mount Vernon, Clifford Rodriguez (Sue) of New Carlisle, Barbara Napayonak (Ivan) of Mount Vernon and Tina Watterworth (David) of Kentucky. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
