He was predeceased by: his son Nathaniel Smith; and his siblings, Brent Smith and Tammy Stitler. He is survived by: his wife Tammy; his daughter Heather Freeman (Drew); and his grandsons, Karson Smith, Cooper, Coy, Colt Freeman and Bruce.
