He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Waters and Evers Waters; his siblings, Harold and Thaya; and his grandson A. J..
He is survived by: his wife Pam Waters; his sons, Scott Waters (Lori) and Mark Waters (Erin); his grandchildren, Alexa Fisher (Matt), Tori (Jody), Emily (Tonio), Elliana and Everson; and his great grandchild Henry.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Snyder Funeral Homes, Flowers Chapel (619 E High St, Mt Vernon, OH 43050). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Flowers-Snyder Funeral Home (619 E High St, Mt Vernon, OH 43050).
