He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Shuley and Jacob Shuley; his granddaughter Madison Kiser; his son-in-law Raymond Kiser; his siblings, Jennifer Atherton, Tracy Shuley, Tiffany Miller, Mike Shuley (Kristin), Joe Shuley, Jessica Noyes, Brianna Ransom, Terrence Ransom and Preston Ransom; his stepfather Jack Ransom; his uncle Kendall Billman; and his close friend Tim Gorsuch. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
