He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles C. Cunningham and Catherine Twigg (Copeland); his brother Dave Cunningham; his stepdaughter Carolyn Preece; and his stepson-in-law Todd Woosley.
He is survived by: his children, Clayton, Charles, Chris Cunningham and Tammy; his brother Jeff (Debbie Cunningham); and his stepchildren, Phyllis Hagan (Chris), Herbert Sapp (Paula) and Judy Woosley. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
