She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Slovinsky and Juanita Slovinsky (Statskus); her husband Scott Duffield; her son Scott W. Duffield; her grandson Luke Sky Welker; and her siblings, Juanita Carlton and Thomas P. Slovinsky.
She is survived by: her children, Natalie Welker (Gary) of Mount Vernon and Thomas A. Duffield of Mount Vernon; her sister Diana Slivinska (Phillip) of Pittsburg, PA; her grandson Zachary Welker (Arilyn); and her great grandchild Ethan Welker.
