Cloyd leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Cloyd’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Cloyd will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Yough and Emma Yough (Wolfe); his wife Peggy Bancord; his son Jeffrey Becker; and his siblings, Kenneth "Bill" Yough and Carole Jeannine Yoakam.
He is survived by: his children, Mike Yough (Andrea) of Oklahoma, Brian Yough of Mount Vernon and Laurie Kirkpatrick (Matt) of Mount Vernon. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and ten great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Mulberry Church (205 N Mulberry St, Mt Vernon, OH 43050).
