Dairl E. Smith Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on February 8, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Dairl E. Smith (Mount Vernon, Ohio). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Sr. Smith and Bessie Smith (Duty); his wife Blanche Smith; and his siblings, Mangeline Fields, Louise Orren, George Smith Jr. and Billie Smith.
He is survived by: his grandson Jeffery "Junior" Smith; his children, Debbie Marler (Dave), Dairl Smith Jr. and Todd Smith; and his granddaughters, Jordain Jones and Angel Marler (Joyce Moore).
Once he was retired he became a regular at the Ashland Road McDonalds every morning where he and many other retirees would meet for their morning coffee- not even Covid stopped their morning meetings, it just moved them to the parking lot temporarily!
Memorial contributions can be made to Mansfield Baptist Temple in Dairl's honor.
