He is survived by: his mother Katherine McCormick (McCormick); his children, Cory Horner of Mount Vernon, OH, Daniel Dustin (Aundryea) of Pataskala, OH, Dakota Dustin (Rachel) of Mount Vernon, OH and Brittany Dustin of Columbus, OH; his grandchildren, Kyle, Kennedy, Riley, Alexia, Juliauna, Parker, Alaila, Lucia, Cecilia and Lucas; his great grandchildren, Carson and Journee; and his siblings, Randy Dustin, William Frank Dustin, Donna Dustin-Jones and Joey Dustin.
