He was predeceased by: his parents, Foster Hulse and Golda Hulse (Stumph); his wife Linda Hulse (Glancy); and his brother Charles Hulse. He is survived by: his brother Dan Hulse (Kathy) of Goshen, IN. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and extended family.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made in David's memory to First Baptist Church.
