He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Eugene and Marjorie Lucille Swendal (Talbott); and his grandparents, Lorin and Grace Swendal. He is survived by: his wife Doris E. Swendal (Woods) of Danville; his sons, Aron Swendal of Westerville, Alan Swendal (Julia) of Danville and Andrew Swendal (Jennifer) of Danville; his grandchildren, Levi Swendal (Julianna), Lindsey Swendal and Ethan Swendal; his stepgrandchildren, Erin, Evan Crider, James and Miale Hurlow; his siblings, Garrett Swendal (Linda) of Danville, Paula Boeshart (Kenneth) of Danville and Robyn Staats (Tom) of Danville; and his close friends, Ronnie, Linda Snively of Texas, Matt and Julie Bailey of Buckeye Lake. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
