She is survived by: her children, Lee Henthorn (Cathy), Debora Creager (Dale) and Sonia Alexander; her grandchildren, Lindsey Stillion (Justin), Erica Vinson, Kyle Henthorn (Tosha), Trent Creager (Destiny) and Katelyn O'Hara (Matthew); her great grandchildren, Adelyn, Aaliyah, Maverick, Keegan, Bonnie and Scarlett; and her sister Delores "Peach" Hulse (Tom).
