Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Douglas Cameron (Mount Vernon, Ohio), born in Ashland, Ohio, who passed away at the age of 79, on January 17, 2022. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Cameron and Opal Cameron Jr. (Remy); and his brother Charles "Ronald" Cameron. He is survived by: his wife Audrey Cameron (Spoerr); his daughters, Kathleen Cameron of Louisville and Krista Cameron of Mansfield; and his siblings, Linda Miller (Steve) of Marengo and Thomas Cameron (Colleen) of Fort Wayne, Indiana. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Due to the Pandemic, services will be postponed until May when a celebration of Life will be held on his birthday at the Fredericktown United Methodist Church.

“Audrey and family, Linda Gano informed me of Doug's passing, and I reach out to you with my thoughts and memories. I knew Doug from our earliest days as we were were born two days apart (I'm older), we were Adario farm kids, went to the same schools & church until we went off to different colleges. I passed HS algebra because he helped me. What an accomplished engineer he became; I taught English! I wish strength for Audrey and the extended Cameron family. Sue Smith Guiher”
