She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilmont Cline and Della Mae Cline (Wolfe); her former husbands, Jack E. Wiggins and Joseph A. Palmer; her brother Paul; her sister-in-law Elda Cline; her daughter-in-law Kathleen C. Wiggins (McGill); and her niece Judy Cline Lonsinger.

She is survived by: her son Rodney L. Wiggins Sr.; her grandchildren, Rodney L. Wiggins II (Christy), Jeremy R. Wiggins (Rebecca Galo), Holly E. Moran (Shawn), Heath E. Wiggins (Daniel C. Cadle), Jon R. Wiggins, Jennifer L. Wiggins, Brian Knecht, Gavin Mellberg, Krista Mellberg and Austina Mellberg; her great grandchildren, Audrey Wiggins, Kaitlyn J., Alexander L. Moran, Thaddeus J., Nola L. Wiggins and Charles A. Bush; her stepgrandchildren, Amy, C. Rizzo (Jeffery) and Heather A. Eminian (Nicholas); and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Isabella C., Mia R. Rizzo, Nathan R. and Benjamin C. Eminian.
