She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Edward and Evva Whitaker (Magee); her husband Edwin R. Burlingame; her sons, Joe and John; her brothers, Charles, Orville, Edmund, Hugh, Norman and Albert Whitaker; and her sisters-in-law, Lorraine, Lori, Joan, Janice, Patrecia and Arlene Whitaker.
She is survived by: her daughter Evva Donofrio of Mount Vernon, Ohio; her stepson Edwin C. Burlingame (Christene) of Vancouver, Washington; and her sister-in-law Arlene Burlingame (Georgia Burlingame) of Mantana, Florida. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, and 12 great great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
