He was predeceased by: his sister Elaine Staats. He is survived by: his children, Shannon Forster, Shane Forster (Robin), Tish Schachinger (John) and Chad Forster (Nancy); his siblings, Albert Forster (late Kathy), Joseph Forster (Charlotte) and Loreen Cather (Dean); and his brother-in-law William Staats. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Mount Vernon Memorial Gardens (18260 Coshocton Ave, Mt Vernon, OH 43050).
