He was predeceased by: his parents, Blaine Kohl and Ruth Kohl (Spray). He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Kohl; his sons, David Kohl (Amber) of Delaware and Brad Kohl (Kim) of Mount Vernon; his grandchildren, Morgan, Alexis, Hannah and Ryan Kohl; his sister Marlisa Bannister (Jim) of Kiawah Island; his niece Erin Lantz of Kiawah Island; and his nephew Trevor Lantz (Holli) of Fort Wayne.
