He was predeceased by: his parents, George Talley and Alice Talley Sr. (Gibard); and his siblings, Davie Jackson, Pearl Picket, Ethel Gossett and Thomas Talley.
He is survived by: his wife Mildred Wilma Talley (Lambeth); and his children, Gaylen Talley (Jeannie), Arther Talley (Debbie) and Vicki Cooper (Jon). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
