We are sad to announce that, on April 20, 2023, at the age of 84, Harold Eugene Milligan Jr. of Mount Vernon, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Raymond Milligan, Robert Milligan, JoAnn Butler and Barbie Davis; and his son-in-law Earl M. Cline.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jackie Cline, Brenda Bettross (Ed) and Rebecca Morgan (Tate); and his siblings, Jeannie Schroder, Ron Milligan (Gail), Jeff Milligan (Dee) and Bart Milligan. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
