Williams Jr. of Mount Vernon, Ohio, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on December 3, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Harold Robert Williams, Sr.; his grandparents, Adam, Sophia Borer, Art and Anita Tollison; his aunt Gladys; and his uncle Bill Van Kirk.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Peggy Sue" Williams (Sibble); his children, Emmett L. Reisinger of Frazeysburg, Elizabeth A. Garvey of Dresden, John R. Williams and Jason A. Williams; his sister Dorothy Jackson (Fred) of New York; and his siblings-in-law, Bill of Pennsylvania, Dot Sibble of Pennsylvania, Helen Tenny of Pennsylvania, Leo of Pennsylvania, Cindy Sibble of Pennsylvania, Dan, Fon Sibble of Indiana, Karen Faulds and Frank Parks of New York. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to any Veterans organization, the Knox Co. Humane Society, or the American Cancer Society.
