He was predeceased by: his mother May Lilley Keckley; and his siblings, Edna White, Faye Carpenter, Harry Wayne "Pete" Keckley, Dwight Keckley, Harold Vernon "Mike" Keckley, Hazel Harvey and Ruth Elliott.
He is survived by: his father Harry Leslie; his wife Eleanor Jo Keckley; his children, Jeffrey Allen Keckley (Denise) and Jacqueline Wihl (Robert); his grandchildren, Zachary Keckley (Angela), Rachel Lilley (Kyle), Luke Earnest (Emily) and Ryan Wihl (Danielle); and his great grandchildren, Sophia, Kohen, Nora, Dominic, Skylar, Marley, Emma, Avalynn and Lincoln. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Harvey's memory to the Living Memorial Fund at Gay Street United Methodist Church, 18 N. Gay Street, Mount Vernon, OH 43050.
