He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Schroeder and Chattanooga Glass; his stepfather Richard Hagner; his stepgrandson Johnathan Chandler; and his former wife Marilyn Hagner.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Hagner (Strouse); his children, Chris Hagner (Lorna) of Mount Vernon and Christine Hamilton of Centerburg; his stepchildren, Preston Mackell (Maggie) of Bucyrus, James Mackell of Zanesville and Angela Johnson of Lakeview; his cousin Pat Davis (Chuck) of Butler; his grandchildren, Noah, Josiah, Christopher, Heather and Ashley; his stepgrandchildren, Dean, Chase, Allison, Gary Mackell, Daylan Mackell, Nick, Dequan Johnson, Todd, Justin and Tim Chandler; and his siblings, Lawrence Hagner of Mansfield and Juanita Hazen (Larry) of Fredericktown.
