He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou Dice (Wagstaff); his siblings, Thomas E. Dice (Ann) and Nancy E. Baker (Dan); and his sisters-in-law, Sandy Wagstaff and Janet Dice. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
