He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Lowe and Mabel Lowe (James); his former wife Ruth Lowe; his children, Linda, Christowski, Diane Lowe and Tom Lowe; his grandson Joe Lowe; his great grandchild Kayle Hostetler; and his siblings, Lenoine, Nevin, Gerald, Wayne Lowe and Doris Ickes.

He is survived by: his wife Lois Lowe (Myers); his sons, Jim (Linda), Gerald "Jerry" Lowe (Karen) and John Lowe (Betty); his stepdaughters, Phyllis Linton (Charles) and Gale Grau (Danny); and his brother Eugene Lowe. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, along with numerous great- grandchildren, step-grandchildren, and step-great grandchildren.
