He is survived by: his wife Karen Blair (Bailey); his children, Robert Blair, Taiya Smith, Bryan, Sara Blair, Tamara and Phil Holzer; his grandchildren, Corwen, Serian and Afton Blair; and his children, Ethan, Thomas Blair, Amanda and Atticus Holzer.
