She is survived by: her husband Paul Patrick; and her siblings, Kenneth Pullins (Betsy), Clifford John Pullins (Ruth), Joseph Pullins (Charla), Billie Lynn Hay (John) and Rebecca Smith (Mike). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
