He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Richert and Dorothy Richert (Piar); his grandson Justin Richert; his stepgrandson Tanner Mercier; and his brothers, Gene and Neil Richert.
He is survived by: his wife Irene Richert (Oros); his children, Jane Marie Richert, Jean Marie Hensley (Anthony), Joan Marie Stout (Bill), Andy Richert (Catherine) and Jerry Richert Jr. (Maureen); his grandchildren, Andrew Gordon, Aaron Gordon (Cole), Alec Gordon, Matthew Stout (Molly), Brian Stout (Alexa), Ashland Pingue (Michael), Jessica Jones (Stephen) and Kyle Richert (Katie); his great grandchildren, Gunner, Rey Gordon and McKenna Gordon; his siblings, John Richert (Joann) and Linda Stillwagon (Tom); and his sister-in-law Thelma Jane Richert.
