It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John Miller of Mount Vernon, Ohio, born in Howard, Ohio, who passed away on April 13, 2024, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Mark Miller and Mary Miller (Colopy); his wife Eileen Raasch; his son Lynn J. Miller; his siblings, Olive, Frances, Louise, Virginia, Charles and Clifford; and his sister-in-law Margaret Raasch.

He is survived by : his children, Keith Miller (Barb) of Danville, Rebecca Brownfield (George) of Millwood and Greg Miller (Beverly) of Howard; his daughter-in-law Carole Miller of Mount Vernon; his grandchildren, Melissa Moreland (Shawn) of Howard, Robert Miller (Kristen) of Howard, Luke Miller of New York, John Miller (Rachel) of Butler and Sarah Durbin (Grant) of Danville; his great grandchildren, Blake, Brant, Brice Moreland, Kaylin, Taylor, Payton Miller, Hannah, Zoanne, Case, Parker Durbin and Iris Miller; and his great great grandchild Ace. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:15 AM at the St. Luke Catholic Church (307 N Market St, Danville, OH 43014). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
