With profound sadness, we say goodbye to John P. McNeil of Mount Vernon, Ohio, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his mother Roberta McNeil; his parents-in-law, Lois Warner, Loren Oswalt and Ron Warner; his brother-in-law Steve Kidd; and his brother Michael.
He is survived by: his father Charles McNeil; his wife Nita McNeil (Oswalt); his children, Amber Kightlinger (Collin), Dacia Layton (Will), Nathan McNeil, Meghan Arnold (Sara) and Kathleen McNeil; his granddaughters, Cambria Layton, Natalie Layton, Julia Layton, Claire Kightlinger, Annie Kightlinger, Kaylen McNeil and Olivia McNeil; his siblings, Chuck McNeil (Pam), Don McNeil (Jennifer) and Jenny Kidwell (Kevin); and his sister-in-law Tracey Oswalt. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
