She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Peters and Hildegard Peters (Haas); her son David Belton; and her siblings, Walburga Nixon, Clarissa Krohn, Wolfram Peters, Carol Sharp, Winifred Toth, Connie Wagner and Carl Peters.
She is survived by: her husband William Belton Sr.; her stepchildren, William Belton Jr. (Becky) of Fredericktown, Michael Belton of Columbus and Julie Miller (Tom) of Mount Vernon; and her siblings, Joseph Peters (Grace), Bernard Peters (Sandy), Mary Sapp (John), Martha Stevenson (John) and Judith Arrington (Mike). She is also survived by seven grandchildren, five great grandchildren.
