She was predeceased by: her parents, Rupert Frye and Joan Frye (O'Dell); and her siblings, Jim Frye, Bob Frye and Sue Spurling.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin Creech of Mount Vernon, OH and Kacy Hubbard (Matthew) of Mount Vernon, OH; her granddaughter Madison; her stepgrandchildren, Alicia and Calvin; and her sister Joy Wohlheter (Larry) of Cambridge, OH. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
