She was predeceased by: her father Ralph D. "Pat" Truex; her husband Philip O. Crumbaker; and her brother Donald L. Truex. She is survived by: her children, Roger Crumbaker (Lori) of Mount Vernon and Laura Ellis (Jon Mace) of Mount Gilead; her grandchildren, Ronnie Crumbaker (Hattie), Jenna Ellis (Eric Burkert) and Shelby Ballantyne (Andy); her children, Khylie, Kennedie, Konner, Matthew and Ezra; her brother Robert Truex (Sally) of Columbus; and her sister-in-law Helen Truex of Howard. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Station Break, 160 Howard St., Mount Vernon, OH 43050 in Kaye's memory.
