He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth E. Conner and Dolly Conner Sr. (Barton); and his daughter Angela Hoop. He is survived by: his wife Wanda J. Conner (Simmons); his children, Kenneth E. " Junior" Conner III and Roxanna Lynn "Rocky" Burch (Fred); his grandchildren, Kyle Ryan "Carson" Hoop and Mackenzie Renee "Carly" Ernsberger (Blake); his great grandchild Ellie Raine Stiltner; his sister Ruth Treen; his nieces and nephews, Bryan Treen, Jeanette Smith-Treen and Dale Treen; his son-in-law Roger Hoop; and his brother-in-law Mike Simmons.
