He was predeceased by: his mother Blanche Smith (Mason); and his wife Patricia J. Smith (Monteith). He is survived by: his father Lawrence Smith; his children, Gregory R. Smith (Nancy), Geoffrey L. Smith (Rhonda) and Karen E. Irvin (Jeffery); his grandchildren, Kelly, Holly, Mason (Deepika), Jason (Cherish), Samuel, Caleb (Anna) and Elizabeth; and his great grandchildren, Ellenor, Brantley, Charlotte and Alaina.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Heart Association or to the First Presbyterian Church Hot Meals program in memory of Ken.
