He was predeceased by: his pet Katie. He is survived by: his caregiver Kathy Lester; his children, Kevin Talbott (Christine) and Carrie Frazier (Mark); and his brother David Talbott (Jan). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
