He is survived by: his children, Steven Swearingen (Donna), Stephanie Hines (Randy) and Victoria Pribbenow (Dale); his grandchildren, Lew, Joshua Pribbenow (Carrie), Isaiah Pribbenow (Angel), Melissa Hines, Nicholas Hines, Seth Swearingen (Ryan), Mark Cline, Dustin Cline and Randi Cline; his great grandchildren, Jauslynn Pribbenow, Jailee Pribbenow, Jasmine Pribbenow, Kayla Mitchell, Abigail Pribbenow, Samantha Pribbenow, Savanna Pribbenow, Dylan Pribbenow, Devan Pribbenow, Ian Pribbenow, Danika Soutwick, Bristol Southwick, Gavin Martinek and Bailey Martinek; and his great great grandchildren, Scottlyn Mitchell, Malachi Mitchell and Adelyn Mitchell. He is also survived by friends, neighbors.

“My deepest sympathy on the loss of Lewie. My father was Bob Spoor, son of his sister, Mildred Coppage. Lewie was his uncle even though he was 3 weeks younger than my dad. My father passed away in 2004 and Lewie met us in Ft. Madison, Iowa the following spring when we buried my dad. He drove us around and shared wonderful stories of when they were growing up.
