He is survived by: his wife Diana Henthorn (Llewellyn); his children, Lee Henthorn (Cathy), Debora Creager (Dale) and Sonia Alexander; his grandchildren, Lindsey Stillion (Justin), Erica Vinson, Kyle Henthorn (Tosha), Trent Creager (Destiny) and Katelyn O'Hara (Matthew); his great grandchildren, Adelyn, Aaliyah, Maverick, Keegan, Bonnie and Scarlett; and his brother Garland Henthorn.
