She was predeceased by: her husbands, William K. Price, Jr. and C. Richard Boyd; and her parents, Robert Black Kerr and Betty Severns Kerr. She is survived by: her children, Bill Price (Dawne), Bob Boyd and Betsy Edwards (Jim); her grandchildren, Noah Boyd, Eleanor Boyd and Madison Edwards; and her sister Marjorie K. Moore. She is also survived by her four children, and five grandchildren.
