She was predeceased by : her parents, Samuel Waddy and Mildred Waddy (Delrio); and her husband James Spadafore. She is survived by : her children, John Spadafore of Mount Vernon, OH and Trina Lavigna (Richard) of San Rafael, CA.; and her caregivers, Iris Neighborhood, Renee, Kim, Laura and Deb C..
