It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maryetta Blanton of Mount Vernon, Ohio, who passed away on April 10, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, William Heath and Velma Heath (Lake); and her husband Herman Blanton. She is survived by : her sons, Robert Blanton (June) and Herman Blanton (Joan). She is also survived by seven grandchildren, along with numerous great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Snyder Funeral Homes, Lasater Chapel (11337 Upper Gilchrist Rd, Mt Vernon, OH 43050). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
