He was predeceased by: his parents, George Waulk and Mildred Waulk (Powell); and his siblings, James Waulk, Elizabeth Goheen and Wanda Humphreys.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Goheen (Henry); and his children, Mark Goheen (Ella), Barry Goheen, Kathi Goheen, Tarrah West (Brian) and Farrah Shoemaker (Jay). He is also survived by ten grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; and one great-great granddaughter.
