He was predeceased by: his mother Mabel Irene Lepley (Kidwell). He is survived by: his father Melvin Dale; his sister Karen Martin; his children, Melissa Dawn Jaimes, Mark Lepley (Tracy) of Coshocton, Shelly Mason (Shawn) of Virginia, Renae Berman (Andrew) of Killbuck and Samantha Lepley of Bladensburg; his grandchildren, AJ Jaimes, Jessica Sowders, Kevin Lepley, Mark Lepley (Ashley), Dillon Lepley, Patience Kelley (Ryan), Phillip Lepley, Andrew Lepley, Calob Berman, Andrea Berman and Alex Mason; his siblings, Ron Lepley, Carolyn Addair, Diane Lepley, Susan Jones and Gary Lepley; and his great-aunt Margaret Lepley (Kidwell). He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
