He was predeceased by: his son Scotty Peters; his parents, Erman Peters and Betty Peters; his brother Jackie Peters; and his brother-in-law Jim Seymour.
He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Peters and Maverick Peters; his grandchildren, Kaleb, Jordan, Mason and Jasper Peters; and his siblings, Dan Peters (Teresa) of Mt. Vernon and Janice Seymour of Gahanna. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
