We are sad to announce that on April 10, 2024, at the age of 99, Orrel M. Lybarger of Mount Vernon, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, R. Harold Workman and Emily Workman (Johnson); her husband Emmet; and her siblings, Lola Statler and H. Eldon Workman.

She is survived by : her children, William "Bill" Lybarger (Andrea) and Emily Hoar (Daniel); her grandsons, Jason Hoar (Lindsay) and Jeffrey Hoar; and her great grandchildren, Colter, Jackson and Kaitlyn Hoar. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Flowers Snyder Funeral Home (619 E High St, Mt Vernon, OH 43050). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Flowers-Snyder Funeral Home (619 E High St, Mt Vernon, OH 43050).
